PANEER PASANDA KAISE BANNAYE

Ingredients:-

  • 200gm paneer
  • Meve (chironji+kismis)
  • 50 gm corn flour
  • White pepper powder
  • Salt
  • Cardimum powder

For gravy:-

  • 150 gm Tomato
  • 50 gm onion
  • Some ginger garlic paste
  • Cashewnut 100 gm
  • 100 gm magaz
  • Kashmiri mirch
  • Black pepper powder
  • Salt
  • Refiened oil
  • Coriander powder
  • Garam masala
  • Cream or fresh malayi
  • Green coriander leaves
  • Paneer masala
  • zeera

Recipe:-

Paneer ko tikone shape me katiye , isey thoda mota rakhege.

Ab paneer ke beech me se half cut maar kr baaki paneer nikal lijiye jese ki kisi sandwich me beech ka portion filling k liye hota he bilkul wese hi niche diye gaye photo ki tarah.

Ab baki bache paneer ko mash kr ke usme thoda white pepper powder, ilaichi powder, salt, kismis, chirinji milakar mixture tayar kar lijiye.ab iss mixture ko paneer ke beech me bhar kr sandwich tayar kar lijiye .

Ab corn flour me pani daal kar ghol lijiye usme yeh paneer ke sandwich dip kar ke deep fry karey aur light golden hone par paneer ko alag nikal kar rakh dijiye.

GRAVY:-

Ek bartan me tomato,onion,ginger,garlic,kashmiri mirch dale sath hi salt, ilaichi powder,cashewnut, magaz ,1 cup pani aur 1.5 cup refined daal kar flame par chada dijiye.

Jab tamatar par se chhilka utarne lage aur baki samagri bhi desolve ho jaye to samajh lijiye gravy pakk chuki he, ab flame band kar ke gravy ko thanda hone de.

Thanda hone par gravy ka paste bana lijiye, paste banane ke baad isey aap juice strainer se chhaan lijiye.

Apki gravy tayar he, ab aap flame onn kar ke uss par pan rakhiye usme thoda refined daliye , refined oil garam hone par usme zeera daliye, jab jeera brown ho jaye tb isme banayi gayi gravy daal kar achhe se paka lijiye, ab iss gravy me apko coriander powder, paneer masala , cream daal kar pakaiye, thodi der baad isme upar se garam masala aur thoda paneer masala daal kar bina chalaye dhak dijiye,2 minute baad lid hata kar gravy ko ache se milaye upar se paneer sandwich dale sath hi cream or hare dhaniye ke sath garnish kar ke surve kare.
