- Maggi – 1 pkt.
- Besan – 1 cup
- Suji – ½ cup
- Salt – as per taste
- Maggie masala – ½ pouch
- Refined oil – For fry
- Mix- veg – ½ bowl for magi
- White pepper powder
Take a pan and put on the flame then take two cup of water and put it in the pan when water comes heated mix all vegetable and maggi into the pan and cover it for few minutes.
Then remove the lid and mix maggi taste maker and maggi masala and stir it gently when the water will soak put the flame off and let it cool.
Now take the prepared maggi and mix besan and suji in it and some salt and white pepper powder. After mixing it take a frying pan and put it on the flame and put some oil in the pan for deep fry.
When oil will prepare for fry take some maggi mixture and put it in the heated oil and when the pakora will fried and comes in some goldish look put it down and garnish with green coriander leaves and serve with ketchup and green chilly sauce.
